With over 20 years’ experience in senior customer facing positions aimed at supporting people in business to be their best, Leanne has worked across both the corporate and small to medium business sectors.
Her passion and forte is to develop rewarding partnerships with people at all levels of business, developing and implementing improved ways to operate and streamline their current business practices. She has used her skills to successfully transition across industry types delivering added value to business owners through growth, customer loyalty and staff retention.
Having gone through the child care experience herself and as a working mother of 3 now adult children, she is fervently focussed on improving the 2-way engagement a parent can have with their child’s early learning centre.
Leanne has been with JourneyTree from its early development days and has been able to see the difference the system can make by delivering what centres want and need at all levels.
At JourneyTree she is instrumental to the client servicing and centre management areas as well as the Sales and Marketing arm.
With a catch cry of ‘never asking my teams to do anything I wouldn’t’ she believes in good old-fashioned customer service with a transparent and up-front approach with her clients.
With an ear to the ground directly working with all types of early learning centres, Leanne knows the Journey she is on is a great one!
